Jubilee Dance Studio provides Christian dance instruction for ages 8 to adult. Jubilee was formed in 2013 primarily to provide training in the arts, specifically dance, for the Body of Christ. We aim to teach worshipers to impart God’s Word, through dance, to bring healing and deliverance for those in need. Jubilee Dance is a liturgical dance- training provider. Our purpose is to teach dancers to worship in spirit and in truth.

“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24
 

• Objectives

• Study Scriptural foundations for dance (text)

• Gain significant knowledge of dance elements, principles, and concepts

• Develop and apply an understanding of basic principles of choreography (each minister will choreograph movement to scripture)
   

• Apply knowledge, skills, and techniques to effectively communicate God’s Word through dance
   

• Research, compare and contrast choreography of dance ministries with other dance companies (class discussion)
